About The Course

The course is designed to provide a practical understanding of real estate finance and investments.
It will introduce students to step by step methods for collecting, estimating, calculating, and analyzing critical information for the purpose of flipping and holding 1 to 4 families and Mixed-Use properties.

This class is going to walk you through the step by step process of property acquisition. How do identify the owner, how to find out who is paying the taxes. Should I use a realtor? Theses and questions and many others will be answered in this class.
